History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Shane reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Herbalist soon after.

History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
