History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Egelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mary does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born into a rich family. She worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
