Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
