History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
