Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rosalind alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Rosalind was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and many dire rats want her driven away

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this southern man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
