History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Mason.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Adventurer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
