History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mary grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Theodoric alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
