History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Human compassion; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
