Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Adelard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Henry was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Adventurer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to unite with her sister
