He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Justin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up work as a Body Guard and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
