History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Hugh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
