Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a grey coat. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Miner, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Beatrice was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Map Maker. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
