History: Gifted from a young age, Elysande studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to prove her worth to the world
