History: Born to a Healer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Healer mother left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
