Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail. His hair is auburn and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Manfred's homeland. Manfred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Armorer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Maynild was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Masseuse.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
