History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age her father died while driving off some orcs. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in bastard sword use. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Painter for the past few years.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and many dire rats want her driven away
