Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'8" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Millicent is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.
History: Millicent hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She married young, but lost her spouse to illithids. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Mary began to lead the lost caravan. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a hunchback. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His ears are large.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Odo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Odo was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Odo decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Interpreter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants to get laid

Personality: Ahlyssa wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Roofer. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
