History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Being a Bowyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mary is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
