History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Mary and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To end her boredom.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When Dean reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
