History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
