History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a Miner soon after.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He has wavy silver hair. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Hugh is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
