History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Melissa was born the youngest of three triplets. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by her family.
