History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Matilda was taken on many hunting expeditions. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born in the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He got into the Healer business at a young age. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Healer for the past few years.
