History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
