Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears bulky grey painted plate armor, and is pretty ugly. She has dyed her greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Oriel was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has brown eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
