Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
