History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: Giselle is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Giselle was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Farmer. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nicholas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
