History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.
