History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Melissa never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
