She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
