History: Oriel lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Oriel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Oriel was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Elysande and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the west to a Courier, Eleanor learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eleanor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eleanor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.
