History: Miles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but she was a colossal failure. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This light-skinned female wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is short and silver. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Seamstress for the past few years.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
