History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove her worth to the world

History: Born in the south to a Map Maker, Ermina learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
