When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Vicky has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Conrad is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She is a Hag in disguise. Oriel abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
