Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: Manfred wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her golden hair is long and unkept. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Alex was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Alex was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
