Personality: Ermina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is renowned for her bright grey dresses and hats. With wild brown hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and regain custody of her son

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Cartwright. He has blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears skinny pants and wears a black and brown robe with the hood down. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rolf has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
