Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Carpenter and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Carpenter like his mother before him.

Description: A 5'9" western woman, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he very much looks the part of a Cartwright. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a Fisher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'2" and wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. With bright black hair. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oriel does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oriel studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Barber, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
