Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Sculptor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Robert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Robert took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
