History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in the east to a Mortician, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
