History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Beatrice was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born in a small island village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Emeny was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her music dream.
