Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Charles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Charles. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Priest like his father before him.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
