History: Heather was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heather grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heather. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Miles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
