History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Through the years after Matilda was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Matilda's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
