History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Cook. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: An older man who is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and pastel handkerchief worn on his right side, he is not a threatening figure. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to get a good night's sleep
