Description: An older man who wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Peter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
