Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He wears a red Stetson hat and red clothes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hammer. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise her children well

Description: An older man who wears silk and lounges about seductively, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. Don was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tanner. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Voice: Soft and melodious

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'11" when asserting herself. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gifted from a young age, Herleva studied abroad. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
