History: He was born into a rich family. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many giants want him driven away
