Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Heather was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heather's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
