History: He was born in the west. Lance was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Isabella was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stableman. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
