Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kyle's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kyle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is greedy

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
